Any Cancellation made within:

14-21 days before arrival 30% of the stay will be charged

7-14 days before arrival 50% of the stay will be charged

1-7 days before arrival, non-show or departure prior to original date 100% of the stay will be charged

We do not accept any client's complaints unless they have been reported to the Management of hotel prior to client's departure by the client
